Our Staff
Our Administrator is Alison Isaacs and she has been involved in tennis in the County for many years: a font of knowledge about tennis across the region. She is also practically tennis royalty, having attended the 1977 Ladies Final at Wimbledon and watched Virginia Wade win.

The Board
We are all elected volunteers. Some have worked in tennis their entire lives, while others bring wider expertise alongside a passion for amateur tennis. What unites us is our dedication to tennis and padel and our commitment to Warwickshire Tennis’ mission.
The current Board serves until September 2027, after which it is open for re-election. We can also co-opt additional volunteers to provide specialist support and knowledge when needed. As part of our governance review, we assess the skills required to ensure the Board maintains the right expertise to fulfil its purpose.
All Board members have signed up to a Code of Conduct, and all sub-committee members, whether Board members or co-opted volunteers, have also agreed to uphold our standards of conduct.

Volunteers
We also have a number of sub-committee volunteers who work with us to deliver the various programmes and initiatives that we run.
We are particularly grateful to the coaches who run our County training for each age group of boys and girls from U7 to U18 and those involved with our county cup teams across junior, adult and seniors.
