Warwickshire Tennis is committed to creating more opportunities for women and girls to play, compete,
lead and thrive within our sport.
Through initiatives such as the Marjorie Dove Programme, Young Tennis Leaders and Together Tennis, we are helping more girls and women develop confidence, make friendships and enjoy the many benefits of tennis. We are also proud to support the Warwickshire Aces programme, which brings together female players from across the county, creating opportunities to play, learn and be inspired alongside others who share a passion for the game.
To help strengthen the future female workforce, Warwickshire Tennis also offers bursaries to support women and girls looking to develop as coaches, officials and volunteers. By investing in both participation and leadership, we aim to ensure that women and girls are represented at every level of tennis in Warwickshire.
Warwickshire Aces - Leadership Programme
Warwickshire Aces is a programme designed to inspire and support more girls and young women to stay involved in tennis. Bringing participants together from across the county, the programme provides opportunities to develop playing skills, build confidence, make new friendships and gain leadership experience. Warwickshire Aces forms an important part of the wider Marjorie Dove Project, helping to create a stronger pathway for women and girls to play, compete, lead and remain involved in tennis throughout their lives.
The next enrolment opportunity for Warwickshire Aces will open in Autumn 2026, with further details to be announced soon.
