Warwickshire Tennis is committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome, safe and able to be themselves when playing tennis and padel.

In 2026, we supported the launch of LGBTQ+ Safe Space Tennis sessions at Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham, delivered by Microsports. The sessions provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ players and allies to enjoy tennis, build confidence and connect with others through sport.

We are also proud supporters of Fairlight, the groundbreaking musical inspired by queer invisibility in tennis and the sport's history in Birmingham. Through its powerful storytelling, Fairlight celebrates inclusion, visibility and belonging, helping to start important conversations about representation both within tennis and wider society.

Alongside these initiatives, Warwickshire Tennis continues to promote Pride in Tennis and support a growing network of Rally Allies trained venues across the county, helping to create welcoming environments where everyone can thrive.
